    Great experience from start to finish. Capable and friendly sales people who managed to expedite the order in time for Christmas. Reupholstering showed attention to detail and care. This brought tremendous appreciation to my husband who had this chair in his family for over 75 years.

    All staff are knowledgeable, patient, offer wonderful suggestions, and the options are top quality. Guy is helpful and an expert in coordinating, and matching to make everything come together. Ann Poeschl is amazing to work with! It was difficult coordinating fabrics and options for decorating, but she suggested wonderful fabrics to make everything come together. We decorated an entire house, for each room with: draperies, pillows, and bedding. Because of her, we kept coming back; we knew she placed our objectives first. We had some issues, because of our measurements, but worked with us to resolve our problems. We wish to personally thank her for all her time and effort.
